1. Whipped ricotta with honey and walnuts

Serving tip: serve with crusty bread or crackers.

Ingredients:
- 250 g ricotta
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- Salt, to taste
- 2 tbsp honey
- 2 tbsp walnuts, roughly chopped
Instructions:
- Add ricotta, olive oil, and a pinch of salt to a bowl.
- Whip with a fork or hand mixer until smooth and creamy.
- Transfer to a serving bowl.
- Drizzle with honey and sprinkle with walnuts.
2. Caprese skewers with pesto drizzle
Cherry tomatoes, mozzarella balls, and basil on skewers. This is a fresh appetizer, colorful and instantly festive.
Serving tip: finish with a spoonful of pesto or balsamic glaze.
